We believe the entire Bible is inspired by God, and is the authority on which we base our faith, conduct and doctrine.
We believe Jesus died on the cross and shed His blood for our sins. We believe that salvation is found by placing our faith in what Jesus did for us on the cross. We believe Jesus rose from the dead and is coming again. Because God gives man eternal life through Jesus Christ, the believer is secure in salvation for eternity. Salvation is maintained by the grace and power of God, not by the self-effort of the Christian.
We believe in one God who exists in three distinct persons: Father, Son and Holy Spirit. We believe Jesus Christ is the Son of God who came to this earth as Savior of the world.
We believe water baptism is a symbol of the cleansing power of the blood of Christ and a testimony to our faith in the Lord Jesus Christ. It is also one of two ordinances of the church as commanded by the Word of God.
We believe in the regular taking of Communion as an act of remembering what the Lord Jesus did for us on the cross and connecting with Him. This is the second ordinance of the church as commanded by the Word of God.
We believe every believer should be in a growing relationship with Jesus by obeying God's Word, yielding to the Holy Spirit and by being conformed to the image of Christ.
We believe in believers changing their lives through Christ for the better. This change should be evident in the everyday walk of the believer.
Total Man Ministry
We believe in ministering to the total man; mind, body and spirit; through the word of God, programs and other facets.
We believe that joining the church shows your commitment to the church. All believers should be members of a local church that they attend regularly.
We believe that every believer should evangelize. This can be done one on one, through social media and in any facet where information about Christ and His church can be shared.
We believe that worship is a vital part of a believer's relationship with Christ. This acts put us in His presence and allows us to connect to Him. Worship should be done by ALL believers.
We believe in reaching out to the community and showing them the love of Christ through outreach.
We believe in the amicable termination of membership as decided by the church or the believer. Letters can be requested for the exiting member to go on to another ministry.
Our ministry welcomes all people regardless of sexual orientation. We however are not an affirming ministry and will not participate in the union of same sexes.
The tithe is the 10% of income that a believer gives back to God through the local church. These funds are to be used for the carrying out of ministry as determined by the pastor and/or board of directors.
New believers are expected to build up to becoming tithers on their own timeline based on their faith and finances.
The offering is the amount above the tithe that a believer gives because they believe further in the vision of the house beyond the tithe. Any amount can be considered an offering.
These are people who give from their heart. They don't just give a tithe. They give above and beyond and they do so consistently. It is our desire to have all "Citizens" be givers. The more we give, the more we can give to others.
I don't have it
Most of us here have had hardships and didn't have it to give. We know that God provides so we tell those who have it not; to pray that God will open the door for you. He gives seed to the sower, so try and give something as often as you can and we believe God will provide.
